Business owners need the ability to manage their entire Facebook presence on the go – including advertisements. Because of this, the social network has unveiled a new Ads Manager application.
Through the app, businesses have the ability to monitor and manage their current ads, as well as produce new ones. In fact, the Ads Manager app enables users to track the performance of ads, edit ad budgets and schedules, create ads and receive push notifications on their mobile devices.
“As business owners and marketers spend less time on desktop computers and more on mobile devices, advertisers have a growing need to manage Facebook campaigns on the go. To meet that demand, last summer we introduced the Ads Manager mobile site, which is now used by more than 800,000 advertisers each month. Today, in an effort to make mobile ad campaign management even easier for the two million businesses using Facebook advertising, we’re launching Ads Manager app,” Facebook states in an announcement.
It is important to note that the Ads Manager app is currently only available for iOS devices in the U.S., but will be available worldwide in the next few weeks. That said, an Android version of the app isn’t expected to launch until later this year.
