Looking for a new home is never an easy task, regardless if you are looking to rent or purchase. The Doorsteps Swipe app, however, aims to take some of the stress away from those who are in the searching process.
The Doorsteps Swipe app is like Tinder for real estate. This is because the app presents an image of a real estate listing, requiring users to swipe left to signify they are uninterested in the property or swipe right to indicate that they are interested in the property. Users also have the ability to select a specific location to search for properties, and can adjust their settings to look for homes for sale or homes for rent.
Every time a user swipes right to indicate they are interested in a property, that property is put into a “liked” feed that organizes saved listings by location. Users also have the ability to share listings with friends and family through the app. Plus, the app provides users with data based on the homes that they have liked. This data, which is presented in easy-to-read charts, helps to show what aspects of a home are the most important to the user, such as a certain number of bedrooms, baths, price or location.
Doorsteps Swipe is currently available for free in Apple’s App Store.
